Shipping policy

At Devane, we believe your self-care experience should be seamless from the moment you place your order to the moment your package arrives at your doorstep. Here’s what you can expect when you shop with us: 

Order Processing Time 
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. We take pride in quality packaging to ensure your products arrive safe and fresh. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time 

  • Standard Shipping 
    Orders placed before 1 PM CST (Monday–Friday) will typically ship the same day and arrive within 5–7 business days. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following business day. 

  • Expedited Shipping 
    Orders placed before 10 AM CST are prioritized to ship the same day and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day. 

  • Weekend Orders 
    Orders placed between Friday 1 PM CST and Sunday will be processed the following business day. 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays such as weather or carrier disruptions. 

Shipping Charges 
We offer free shipping in the U.S. on qualifying orders and on any subscription order. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—stay tuned! 

Order Tracking 
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. 

International Shipping 
Currently, we do not offer International Shipping but stay tuned for update on that.  

Address Accuracy 
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Devane is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. 

Lost or Damaged Packages 
Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier and the customer. We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers, primarily using USPS, to deliver your products. While we carefully hand off packages to the carrier, we cannot be held accountable for any errors, delays, or issues that occur during transit.
