Refund policy

We do not accept returns for reasons other than items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at wecare@devanebeauty.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once return instructions are issued, the product must be shipped back to us within 7 days. Products mailed after this 7-day period will not be evaluated and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective — eligible for a refund, or

You receive an incorrect item — eligible for a replacement at no additional cost

Once approved, we will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While we always strive to support our customers, Devane Beauty reserves the right to accept or deny any request after reviewing the issue and compliance with our policy.

Items purchased on sale and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
