Yes, all Devane products are cruelty-free. Most of our formulas are also vegan-friendly, with the exception of our Scalp & Hair Oil, which may contain traditional Ayurvedic ingredients such as milk-derived lactin. Are Devane products safe for color-treated or chemically processed hair?

Why is the color of my Scalp & Hair Oil different?
Because our oil is made using a traditional Ayurvedic process with fresh, natural extracts and no synthetic colors or artificial ingredients, slight variations in color are completely normal. These differences reflect the seasonal nature of the herbs and oils used, and are a sign of purity—not inconsistency.
Why is there sediment at the bottom of my Scalp Serum?
You may notice some natural sedimentation at the bottom of the bottle—this is completely normal. It’s a result of the residual herbal extracts used in our formula. We recommend giving the bottle a gentle shake before each use to evenly distribute the ingredients.
Does Devane support sustainability?

Where is my order?
Please allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping times. Please refer to your chosen shipping method for approximate shipping rates. Additionally, once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says “delivered” and you are unable to locate it, please contact your shipping provider. If they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to wecare@devanebeauty.com for a replacement.
What is the order processing time?
Orders are fulfilled in our warehouse within 1-3 business days on average. Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day and fulfilled 1-2 business days later and sent out for shipping.
Why can't I cancel my order?
Most likely, your order is actually already fulfilled and, on its way, so unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to it at this time. Once you have received a product you can return based on our return policy.
Is there a first-time customer discount?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount off your first purchase. Sign up for our emails and/or SMS updates (the sign-up box is in the footer of our website!) to get your first-time customer 15% off code. Your code will be displayed for you immediately and emailed to you.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, Devane ships exclusively within the United States. We’re working on expanding our reach, so please stay tuned for updates on international shipping options.

What if my product was broken in transit?
We understand how disappointing this can be. However, per our shipping policy, once the package leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused during shipping or handling. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to report the issue. If you need assistance, please reach out to our customer support, and we’ll do our best to guide you.
Returns
How can I make a return?
Devane offers a 30-day return policy starting from the date your package arrives. Your satisfaction is our top priority — we stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will do everything we can to ensure you are happy within our guidelines.
If within 30 days you find that your scalp or hair does not respond well to the products, or if you wish to try a different product, please contact our customer service team at wecare@devanebeauty.com. We’re here to support you.
Refunds:
- Refunds are subject to approval by our team.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect shipment or defective merchandise).
- Please ensure all returned products are packaged securely. Returns damaged during shipping cannot be reimbursed.

Is there a money-back guarantee?
Because everyone’s hair and scalp are unique and hair thinning can have many causes, we do not offer a traditional money-back guarantee. However, if you experience any adverse reactions or simply change your mind, you may return your products within 30 days for a refund, subject to our return policy.
What about returns over 30 days?
We understand that Devane products may not be the perfect fit for everyone. Our return window is open for 30 days from the date your package arrives. Returns or refunds requested after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible. For full details, please refer to our return policy.
Why have I not received my refund?
Refunds typically take up to two weeks to be credited to your original form of payment after approval. If more than two weeks have passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact our team at wecare@devanebeauty.com with your order number for assistance. Kindly note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I subscribe and save?
In order to start a Devane subscription, simply choose "Subscribe" and select your delivery frequency on the product checkout page. This will automatically apply a discount to this first order, as well as every subsequent subscription order of this product.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever?
Yes! You can activate and deactivate your subscription in your customer portal any time after your original subscription order has been placed!
